This feature shows a real-time analysis of a prospect’s engagement with your company, most commonly resulting from marketing campaigns executed from Salesfusion. A graphical timeline displays each interaction, such as email campaign responses, form completions, event registrations and visits to your website. Information is summarized so your sales team can quickly identify the interest level of a prospect based on interaction trends.
Your sales team can also take action from this intelligence by adding or removing prospects from nurture programs and sending tracked follow up emails to them, right from within the contact card. This feature is available in all CRM integrations and works for both on premise and hosted CRM deployments.
