The company’s previous MAP provider, HubSpot, did not offer a native integration to SugarCRM, instead requiring the use of two third-party tools to pass data between the two platforms. The process still required the Cireson marketing team to perform multiple tasks manually. The lack of true integration prevented Cireson from automating all activities, and decreased productivity, leading the company to upgrade to Salesfusion, which provides a native integration to SugarCRM.
