Michael joined Salesfusion in 2011 as a Technical Support representative and has worked his way up the chain of command to Director of Support thanks to his expert product knowledge and focus on exceeding customer expectations. He oversees the Support organization through KPIs while maintaining customer SLAs and delivering the best customer experience possible. He is passionate about making our customers’ voices heard throughout the entire organization from sales and marketing to product and development.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a concentration in Network Security.
In his spare time he assists and teaches classes for a non-profit, BlueHair Technology Group, whose goal is empowering seniors through technology education.
